I would think a constitutionalist should call them supreme court opinions, NOT supreme court decisions.

^^That. It appears Castle is no better than the mainstream 2 party judicial supremacists. What these two need is a dose of the lesser magistrate doctrine and a better understanding of things like the supremacy clause and the separation of powers. Courts are not legislative bodies, and even if they were, unjust laws are no laws at all.
