We interview former State Representative, Carl Bearden. I met Carl many years ago when he was on the St. Charles County Council and I was on the O’Fallon Board of Aldermen. Then he moved to the Missouri House of Representative and two years later I joined him there. He went on to be the chairman of the budget committee and the Speaker Pro Tem and now he is a lobbyist for United for Missouri.

Photo ID Requirements
Elections have consequences. Some of those consequences are more severe if few people come out to vote and especially if the people who come out are not legitimately qualified to vote.
More than 32 other states have Photo ID laws, yet Missouri doesn’t. Regardless of your political party, shouldn’t we all agree that protecting the process is critical? Voter fraud has been happening since voting began.
