Representative Davis Welcomes Garden Villas

Their craft department made a beautiful sign welcoming me.

Here I am presenting the official manual to the Delmar officers.

At the exact same time Barak Obama visited St. Charles County, Delmar Gardens had a ribbon cutting for the Garden Villas.  I chose to attend the ribbon cutting and am so glad I did.  One of my highest priorities is to honor all businesses that invest their time, fiscal and emotional capital into our community.  It is my pleasure to welcome our newest retirement community-living facility and was amazed to see what an exquisite living arrangement they offer our residents, including a bowling alley, men's cave, beauty salon, exercise room, theater, and more.  During a time of economic downturn, it is encouraging to realize some businesses are doing well and expanding on a magnificent scale right in our own community.

Cynthia in the News

Many of you have contacted my office with concerns over the healthcare bill passed by congress Sunday night.  Recently I was a guest on the Dana Show to discuss my response and what I am doing about it.  In case you missed it, you can select the MP3 file below to hear it.

You can get free tax help by using the IRS Free File program, which offers 98 million Americans a fast, free and safe way to do their federal taxes online.

All taxpayers making less than $57,000 can visit www.IRS.gov and use the industry's top tax preparation software for free. Users get the step-by-step help they need to prepare, complete and file federal tax returns online - at no cost!

The program is made possible through a partnership between the IRS and the Free File Alliance - a group of industry-leading tax software providers. Since 2003, the Free File program has delivered free tax services to more than 25 million people.

Not only is the program completely free and secure, but taxpayers who use Free File with direct deposit may receive refunds in as little 10 days.

Free File is a vital service for the American taxpayer. We encourage you to help spread the word so we can serve as many taxpayers as possible. Please issue a press release, post a link to www.IRS.gov on your website, and use all of your communications tools to make sure your constituents are aware of this free tax service.

To learn more, please get in touch or visit www.freefilealliance.org.
